Hiring: 2x Heavy Equipment Fitter

We are ​inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced and reliable tradespeople for the 2x Heavy Equipment Fitter Role.​

Key Requirements:

• Trade Certificate in Heavy Equipment Fitting (HEF) or equivalent.

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.

• Strong experience in hydraulics, transmissions, electrical and electronic systems.

• Experience with excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders and dump trucks.

• Civil construction/roadworks experience with strong HSE and teamwork skills.

 

Key Job Descriptions:

• Maintain and repair heavy earthmoving equipment.

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and transmission systems.

• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.

• Carry out field breakdowns, component replacements and emergency repairs.

• Ensure equipment is safe, reliable and operational.
