This includes the full spectrum of construction, including the construction and maintenance of buildings, MEP works (which is essentially Mechanical works, Electrical wiring and Plumbing) and land development which covers fencing and landscaping.
Road Construction & Maintenance Works
Wasu Building Construction and Civil Works requires overcoming geographic obstacles, well engineered roadbeds and efficient storm drainage, among many others. We have mastered the art of road construction of the highest quality, and our completed projects are long-lasting with minimum maintenance required.
Our road construction services cover Road Route Reconnaissance, Pre preliminary surveys, minor designs, maintenance assessment, project proposals, preparing BOQs and cost estimates for construction and maintenance of roads, major retaining structures, construction of bridges and culverts and upgrading and re-sealing of National and feeder roads.
